The programme equips students with essential business knowledge and necessary skills in analyzing, formulating and implementing business strategies.  The programme explores management models and techniques necessary to achieve superior performance in business organisations.  Investigations also include issues facing businesses at different stages of development, from innovation through to maturity and how to design and manage service, manufacturing and logistics systems, taking into account human, technological, financial and ethical aspects.
